Our Craft

We are dedicated to the entire experience of craft; from our creative food menu to our unique beers. The adventure started with creating a perfect beer, and we have kept that focus since our opening in 2005 with 15 rotating taps plus hard cider and a variety of wines.

Our Food

The Saugatuck Brewing Company (SBC) pub provides a welcoming atmosphere with knowledgeable, friendly staff and a variety of aspects to appeal to all ages. Beginning with our diverse food menu, which features all homemade recipes from our talented chefs – including bar-style appetizers, classic sandwiches with a fresh twist and full entrees. All of our recipes are one of a kind and the majority of our food is made in-house, including our delicious spent grain breads, dressings, sauces and more.

Our Custom Beer

SBC is also proud to be the only Microbrewery in the state of Michigan to feature a Brew On Premise System. Groups, couples, businesses and more come from all over the country to utilize this system and brew their very own beer! The process is very fun and educational about the brewing process, many people have even used this as a way to train themselves to become home brewers. The Brew On Premise System also allows us to brew very small batches of experimental beers that we can feature on tap in the pub, giving us the ability to have an incredibly diverse line-up of limited release beers.

 

We also have a large banquet facility, also known as ‘The Singapore Room.’ This room is perfect for Food & Beer Pairing Dinners, Corporate Parties, Wedding Rehearsal Dinners, Birthday Parties, Family Gathers and much more. Featuring a full bar with 4 taps, a variety of wine and customizable menu available.
