Brew On Premise - Effective Jan. 1, 2013
Base Fees:
$265+Tax (Pint Club Members - 7 Days per week)
$275+Tax (Non-Pint Club Members – Monday through Friday)
$300+Tax (Non-Pint Club Members – Saturday and Sunday)
The base fee includes our personal instruction, brewing equipment, base ingredients and up to (72) twenty two ounce bottles of your crafted brew. If you have your own 22 ounce bottles from a prior brew session with Saugatuck Brewing Company the cost is reduced by $50.00. We do emphasize that it is your responsibility to utilize proper bottle care so that the proper level of sanitation is maintained.
Our base fee for your brew session includes ample materials and ingredients for the vast majority of beer styles from our in-house recipes. Specialty beers such as Double IPAs, Baltic Porters, Imperial Stouts, Fruit Flavored beers, or any other extreme beers require extra ingredients. Please discuss your specialty brew with your brewmaster and he will be more than happy to give you a quote for the additional ingredients.
You may design your own custom label, but they must include the standard government warning. We can also recommend our local printer who can finalize your graphics, print and deliver 72 labels for around $35.
We typically have 12-15 beers on tap that you may sample to help select your recipe. This may be done prior to your brew day. If you have a favorite commercial beer, our brewmaster can closely match many flavors.
We brew 7 days per week by appointment. Reservations and a $50.00 deposit are required for your 4 hour brew session. Weekends typically book up the fastest, so consider brewing with us on a weekday. Any number of people can participate and there is no extra charge. You will then return in approximately 2-3 weeks to bottle the fruits of your labor. Bottling takes approximately 1.5 hours and your beer is chilled, carbonated and ready to enjoy.
Please feel free to call or stop by the brewery during business hours to inquire about open dates and times to schedule your session.
