Favorite beer style: Free, or a good strong porter.

First beer experience: My first GOOD beer experience was tasting Chimay Grande Reserve with my dad. It was much better than the Miller High Life my friends and I drank, even if it is the champagne of beers!

How did you end up at SBC?: It was the only restaurant in my favorite vacation spot that would hire a kid in culinary school.

When you started at SBC: May 2010 originally then I came back for more in July 2015.

Favorite part of working for a brewery: Working with people who are as passionate about beer and food as I am. Needless to say we have a great time at and outside of work!

Favorite activity: Long walks on the beach

Favorite location ever visited: Monaco, while touring the French Riviera.
