First beer experience: Probably taking a sip of my Dad’s or Uncle’s light beer and hating it.
How did you end up at SBC?: I started my journey with a degree in Microbiology from Colorado State University. I then landed an internship at Odell Brewing Co. Which quickly led to a lab job there. I then worked in the lab and Cellar at Oskar Blues. After which I worked as the Head Brewer at Aspen Brewing Co. Until Saugatuck Brewing Co. stole my heart.

Favorite part of working for a brewery: Playing around with yeast strains and product development.
Favorite activity: Hiking, Snowboarding, and being on the water.
