In 2017, we switched our system, which created a little change on the way we operate the Brewery Benefits Program. If you are wondering what happened to your old account (linked to your card), here are the details:
We took your account balance and transferred your monetary balance to your account number on our new loyalty program. We also took all of your additional points that you had stored up and added an extra 5% and put your point balance on your new card as a monetary balance. You did not lose any of your points or any of your monetary value, plus we added an extra 5%. The next time you stop by the pub, you will be able to look up your loyalty account via your account number on the back of your card. However, you will no longer need your card once you input your personal information. You will be able to look up your account with just your name or email after your first visit.
