Impress your guests this holiday season with some of our favorite Beer Cocktails.
Traditional Cocktails with a beery twist:
Bloody Blonde – 6 oz Oval Beach Blonde topped off with your favorite Bloody Mary Mix. We recommend garnishing with everything you’ve got, but at the minimum, make sure you throw in some celery, pickles & olives. Serve it with or without ice, depending on how you like it.
Paled-Mosa: 4 oz of Paled It! topped off with fresh squeezed Orange Juice garnished with an orange slice. (Double the recipe in a pint glass, we won’t judge)
Make it a little boozy:
Gin Shandy: Throw a shot of your favorite gin on the rocks and top it off with Blueberry Lemonade Shandy. Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh rosemary (or herb of choice). This little treat will take you right back to that summer feeling, giving you a little break from winter.
Neapolitan Sleigh Bomb: Sometimes you need to just kick it up a notch. Fill your pint glass with 6 oz Neapolitan Milk Stout, add in a shot of baileys and enjoy!
Dessert is finally served:
No dinner is complete without dessert, and no one can resist a good beer float.
Peppermint Beer Float: Take 4-6 oz of Darker Than Your Soul Stout and add two scoops of vanilla ice cream. Top it off with whipped cream and add peppermint candy canes and chocolate. Pro Tip: Add ice cream over a sink, the reaction of the beer and ice cream can cause some foaming.
