Full Time & Part Time Year Round & Seasonal Positions Available
Bussers/Barbacks/Expos must have good communication skills in order to maintain an orderly workplace. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations. All positions must be able to work long shifts, weekends and (certain) holidays are required hours.

Responsibilities:
— Keeping tables and pub clean
— Assisting servers when necessary
— Assisting kitchen staff when necessary
— Cleaning glassware and properly (Barback only)
— Keg management (Barback only)
— Carry Out Beer inventory and management (Barback only)
— Knowledge of beer and food menu
— Restocking server stations
— Checking and restocking restrooms
— Cleaning dishes and maintaining a clean work area
— Prep cook when necessary

Experience:
— Restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary.

Part Time Seasonal Positions Available
SBC requires a high standard of friendly and knowledgeable hosts. Hosts are one of the most important people in the restaurant, as it is the first person a guest comes in contact with, and often the last. Hosts are responsible for leading guests to their seat, interacting and providing information, helping keep the areas clean and helping other tasks when necessary. The candidate must be able to manage time wisely, handle customer complaints with knowledge and professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and handle high volume customer demands. All hosts must come to work prepared for their shift including proper appearance. Candidate must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities:
— Interacting with guests and providing information
— Leading guests to their seats
— Maintaining cleanliness in the entry way
— Maintaining cleanliness in the restrooms
— Assisting guests with retail
— Maintaining a positive attitude at all times
— Responding promptly to guests needs

Servers are responsible for creating an enjoyable experience for the customer from greeting, describing beers and menu items, holding conversations and generating return guests. The candidate must be able to manage time wisely, handle customer complaints with knowledge and professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and handle high volume customer demands. All servers must come to work prepared for their shift including proper appearance. Craft beer knowledge is necessary for this position, servers must have a base knowledge of beer styles and be able to learn about new beers quickly. Candidate must be 18 years of age or older to apply.

Responsibilities:
— Opening and closing the pub
— Being knowledgable about daily food and drink specials
— Checking IDs for age approval
— Knowing SBC beer and being able to accurately describe different beer styles to customers
— Providing service to guests in their sections in a timely matter
— Maintaining a positive attitude at all times
— Accurately and efficiently entering food and beverages into the POS system
— Pre-bussing tables and keeping all work areas clean and tidy.
— Responding promptly to guests needs

The perfect person for this job is highly personable, positive and encouraging to others. The candidate must be able to manage time wisely, handle customer complaints with knowledge and professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and handle high volume customer demands. Craft beer knowledge is necessary for this position, pubtenders must have a base knowledge of beer styles and be able to learn about new beers quickly. The candidate must be able to work long shifts, weekends and (certain) holidays are required hours. Candidate must be 21 years of age or older to apply. Optional serving shifts available.

Responsibilities:
— Opening and closing the SBC bar properly
— Properly pouring beer and knowing beer service etiquette
— Cleaning glassware properly
— Checking IDs for age approval
— Being knowledgable about daily food and drink specials
— Knowing SBC beer and being able to accurately describe different beer styles to customers
— Providing service to guests at the bar in a timely matter
— Maintaining a positive attitude at all times
— Accurately and efficiently entering food and beverages into the POS system

Experience:
— Minimum of 2 years of bartending experience in a high volume location.

All line cooks must have good communication skills in order to maintain an orderly workplace. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and be able to maintain a positive attitude in stressful situations. All positions must be able to work long shifts on their feet; nights and (certain) holidays are required hours.

Starting pay $12-17/hour based on experience.
